For November’s social event, some of the RI staff attended the elite wings restaurant, Wingmans in North London. It definitely did not disappoint and lived up to the hype.
The chicken wings themselves are basically perfect; large with a delicate fried crust, the flesh was moist and firm and the sauce just exactly the right balance. We tried all the wings in the menu, from the classic Buffalo, award winning Soulja Boi to the Jamaican’Me Crazy which had some real heat.
It is no surprise why Wingmans were the winners of Best Buffalo Wings and Best Wild Wing at last year’s Wingfest.
