Role overview

At Retail Insight, we believe we can reinvent retail operations through advanced analytics, growing sales and profitability for our global retail and consumer goods clients. To be able to reinvent anything with analytics you first need data. As a data administrator it all begins with you!

The data administration team are responsible for gathering data from multiple sources and feed it to systems and teams.

In this role, you’ll get to

• Undertake data collection from retailer extranet sites including but not limited to Retail Link, Tesco Link, MSD and Horizon.
• Catalogue and file data in corporate Dropbox.
• Maintain access credentials to extranet sites.
• Load data to partially automated systems ensuring service level agreements are achieved.
• Monitor and communicate processing progress with clients and internal stake holders.
• Ensure data received from customers is in the correct format for RI systems and work with customers to correct.
• Communicate both internally and externally of any data delays.
• Complete weekly client reporting of system performance.
• Monitor system support email account.
• Allocate work within the Data Administration team.
• Work with 3rd party automation software.
• Work closely with engineering sprint teams.
