Role overview

The Delivery Manager’s key purpose is in delivering Retail Insight solutions to our clients as well as cultivating strong business relationships. This individual will prioritize and lead new business pursuits with cross-functional teams, as well as updates to current solutions. The Delivery Manager will provide full programme delivery and client satisfaction of our solutions, on time and as expected.

You will own the delivery of Retail Insight's product suite at each stage of the product cycle and establishing a strong relationship with the client.

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Own the delivery of Retail Insight’s product suite at each stage of the product cycle (MVP, Pilot, Full Roll-Out) and establishing a strong relationship with the client. 
  • Gather and document requirements, understand the scope, timelines, and dependencies of delivery projects.
  • Act as product owner for the solutions you are delivering, analyze inputs / outputs, algorithmic functionality, and provide solution calibration, as necessary.
  • Understand Statement of Work documents and Service Level Agreements to effectively deliver Retail Insight’s product suite. 
  • Work closely with the Retail Insight Sales team to support business development as a Retail Insight solution / delivery execution SME.
  • Work closely with the Retail Insight Engineering team to efficiently support the solution build, functionality definition, and testing.
  • Work closely with the Client Management and Analyst teams to deliver actionable insights on time and in full as well as to transition smoothly from Delivery to BAU.
  • Work closely with the customer’s retail operations teams to design and provide end-to-end coaching and embedding support to ensure that our customer realises the full potential and benefits of Retail Insight’s solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in product and process improvement, validate them with the analyst team and support the Delivery Director and leadership team to further Retail Insight’s commercial success.


We are looking for people who

  • Have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, an ability to apply a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical or technical background with at least a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Have proven experience of working in a cross-functional team with an ability to manage larger client engagements independently.
  • Possess excellent relationship-building skills, superb verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Can demonstrate an extensive understanding of quantitative analytics and its application.
