Role overview

The role of the TPM/NRM Programme Manager is to partner with our Global Customers to drive continuous value from our implementations. The Programme Manager is a seasoned professional in managing and partnering with CPG clients, and has a strong knowledge of CPG commercial planning processes.

The Programme Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing an efficient support model that continuously exceeds SLAs and allows for customers to focus on applying the tools to their business, rather than operating the tools themselves.

You will maintain a Global customer view ensuring that all new initiatives led by the Delivery teams remain on track and are on-strategy, whilst live markets grow their planning capability, demonstrably adding value to their top and bottom lines through operational efficiency, better insights and quicker decision making. 

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Partner with the Customer on the TPM/NRM vision, agree a long term joint growth plan, and take full ownership to execute and deliver on the plan through Retail Insight’s TPM solutions and insight capabilitiesCoordinate the Global Customer journey across multiple delivery projects and ongoing (product) services, communicating status, performance and value, and making interventions where necessary
  • Ensure a seamless operational support structure is in place for our products and services, meeting all SLAs and generating excellent customer performance feedback
  • Build strong relationships with the Customer’s Market and Functional experts to ensure they generate value and benefit from the models today, and a capability roadmap is in place to efficiently move markets to the next level in future.
  • Leverage your knowledge of TPM/NRM to identify and act on opportunities with markets, utilising deployed or additional features to help the customer drive value through the system
  • Collaborate with Retail Insight Development, Delivery, Product and Analyst divisions to ensure all components of the Client and Product journey are progressing on time

We are looking for people who

  • Excellent and proactive communicator at all levels; verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • At least 5 years experience within an operational CPG role
  • Strong strategic planner and organizer
  • Experience and knowledge of CPG Integrated Business Planning, S&OP processes, Joint Business Planning
  • Knowledge of TPx systems and NRM/RGM processes
