Nicole brings over 25 years’ experience leading strategic transformation across retail, supply chain, and operations — with senior roles in APAC at Woolworths, BIG W, The Warehouse Group, and PwC. She specialises in complex change, performance improvement, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver lasting results.

As Chair, Nicole leads high-impact, candid conversations with senior retail operators — ensuring the CAB is a forum that shapes not just products, but the future of retail innovation.

On the evening of the 8th, we invite you to a signature social event: a private wine tasting and dinner at the brilliant Les 110 de Taillevent.

Offering 110 wines by the glass alongside contemporary French cuisine, this oenological restaurant is renowned for celebrating the art of food and wine pairing.

It promises to be a relaxed and memorable setting. The perfect way to conclude the first day of our event.

All food, drink, and local transport will be arranged on your behalf.

The only thing you need to organise is your travel to Richmond and a place to stay overnight.
