Every engine requires a dependable supply of oil to ensure it runs smoothly and consistently. Retail Insight is that engine and that oil is you, our Marketing Automation Manager. The focus of this role is to ensure the global sales team is running as efficiently and productively as possible.
You will be responsible for optimizing the usage of HubSpot by the Marketing and Sales teams, including data enrichment and integrity, configuration, and the creation of relevant playbooks and sales enablement materials. You will also undertake data tracking, reporting, and analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve performance.
You will interact with all levels of the Marketing and Sales teams, onboarding and mentoring new team members, and helping leaders and managers make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the total marketing and sales pipeline and process.
You will work alongside the Research Operations Executive and wider Marketing team to oversee the lead qualification process, build ABM campaigns, arrange email campaigns, and contribute to the creation of marketing content, like white papers, webinars, infographics, videos, blogs, and case studies.
You will have a passion for change and continual improvement, and the mindset to take an idea from concept through to execution.
