Retail Insight enters the French market with the aim of helping leading food retailers optimize their in-store operations. Fabien Thomas has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer for France and will draw on Retail Insight's experience with leading global retailers – including Kroger, Sprouts and ASDA – to expand into the market.
Retail Insight is a leading provider of advanced analytics software for food retail. From product availability to phantom inventory, its solution combines retail experience with mathematical techniques to turn sales fundamentals into highly accurate, real-time actions across the store.
Specifically, Retail Insight transforms data into tangible actions to optimize waste management, inventory levels, promotions, product availability, and online performance. This gives Retail Insight's customers the ability to quickly identify products that are close to their expiration date to reduce waste and increase labor, or automatically detect and correct instances of phantom inventory.
Its platform integrates seamlessly with a retailer's existing processes to reduce costs and increase scalability. As a result, it can be up and running across an entire network in a matter of weeks. As a result, retailers can increase sales, minimize stock-outs, increase productivity, and better satisfy their customers.
